Qualtrics has resolved the issue with email distribution. Survey invites, reminders and email triggers are being sent as normal.
Please note: You will have to resend any failed distributions, these are not being resent automatically.
The disruption only affected emails being sent via Qualtrics. Surveys are still able to be completed and survey responses are being recorded as usual.
Resend failed distibutions
Check your distribution history for failed (“bounced”) emails. Resend those emails.
