A Data Protection Impact Assessment (DPIA) on Qualtrics was recently carried out on behalf of SURF. This revealed that there are a significant number of security issues relating to the protection of personal data when using Qualtrics.
In mid-September, a large number of surveys will be deleted from Qualtrics. These surveys belong to owners/creators who are no longer affiliated with Leiden University.
