By the end of January 2023 the Qualtrics Library user interface will be updated. This new interface will make it easier and more flexible to collaborate and share common resources across projects and with teammates.

Qualtrics has resolved the issue with email distribution. Survey invites, reminders and email triggers are being sent as normal.
Please note: You will have to resend any failed distributions, these are not being resent automatically.
On October 6, 2021 Qualtrics launches a new Home page and redesigned Projects page.
The new Home page and redesigned Projects page are to to make the Qualtrics XM survey platform easier to use, more consistent and predictable.
In the coming months, Multi Factor Authentication (MFA) will be introduced for Qualtrics at Leiden University . MFA adds an extra layer of security on top of username and password. For each login to Qualtrics additional authentication is required
As from 31 March 2021 Qualtrics Classic Reports will be. From that date you cannot access your Classic Reports anymore.
