A Data Protection Impact Assessment (DPIA) on Qualtrics was recently carried out on behalf of SURF. This revealed that there are a significant number of security issues relating to the protection of personal data when using Qualtrics.
Functional Management is in contact with Qualtrics regarding this matter and is working on mitigating measures, about which further information will be provided in due course.
It is important to note that Qualtrics is designed to collect data, not to store it.
For now, it is important to handle personal data with care when working with Qualtrics.
