This is how you submit a support request at Qualtrics Support Center. For security reasons login is required.

1. Login to Qualtrics Support Center

  • In Qualtrics choose the ‘question mark’ icon in the right upper corner of your screen:
  • In the next screen choose ‘Contact support’

Go to Qualtrics Support Center

2. Choose ‘Sign in with SSO’

  • Don’t enter username and password yet, but choose ‘Sign in with SSO’
  • In the next screen:
    Fill in Organisation ID: leidenuniv > Choose Continue

3. Log in

  • You are being redirected to the University Leiden login page.
    Log in using your ULCN-credentials.

4. Describe your request

Answer the following questions:

  • ‘What is your support request about?’
    Choose ‘I have a different support request’.
  • Select a Product
    Choose ‘Survey Platform’
  • How would you like to contact us?
    Choose your preferred contact method.

In the following screens describe your request with as much info as possible.
